James Eriksson has been drumming in bands and ensembles since 1987 being one of the founding members of "The Stains", "The Slammers" & "Bullfrog". In 1995 he helped form the band "Slewfoot" and has played various Jazz Festivals; Thredbo, Manly, Hawkesbury, and has enjoyed many major supports at The Venue - Dee Why, Illawarra Champions, Round Midnight, The Hopetoun, Sydney's "The Domain" park, Harbourside Brasserie, Australia's Wonderland and Randwick Racecourse. He has toured various country towns of NSW with "Bullfrog". In the studio he recorded & co-produced 2 albums with "Bullfrog" and "Slewfoot" as well as playing percussion with "B'Dussy" and in 2003 helped form the band "Paris" with Leanne Paris and Paul Blasi. He currently is once again, the rhythm backbone, of the reformed "Slewfoot" laying down his unique style of groove.
